Vjkta left her village just as she was to come of age, fearing they would be persecuted for rejecting their assigned role at birth, her mother smuggled her out of the village and took to the unknown. Years went on and at the ripe age of eighteen her mother was torn from her life, killed by the same sea-fairing crew that had taken them aboard years prior. A year had passed since, leaving Vjkta to wander alone before finding herself as an errand girl for a Yakuza Patriarch and his wife. She learned to fight, earning the name Steel Widow as she learned to fend for herself and above all, learn to get what she needs, whether it means bloodying her hands or scorching them with her spellcraft. She's since abandoned the life and presumed dead by the Patriarch's son who inherited the clan, now fending for herself in the world by herself.

Hooks-Vjkta may be recognized from those especially impoverished areas of Doma, known only to them as the witch who lured their sons and husbands astray only to cut their throats.-Vjkta is a well known bounty hunter to both the Hingan Underworld or to Clan Centurio in Kugane. While her debt claims usually ended in blood, Vjkta is a rather well known individual between both parties, having only ever taken in two bounties dead out of nearly three hundred in her decades, at least when the choice was presented to her.Where to Find Me
